Buying a used phone can be an anxiety filled experience – you read the reviews and hope that you’re one of the happy customers and are lucky enough to get an “as advertised product.” You have to take a chance. I did and the phone arrived quickly and with an unexpected charger and cord – generic box and bubble wrap. The phone was listed as in “excellent” and it truly was without a mark, dent or scratch.

This is really like a new phone. It is hard to tell these days which vendor is selling new, and which ones are used (climate pledge friendly…renewed 🙂 . But the price is great. Fingerprint works so so (reset it when i put on a new screensaver ) and have not tried the facial recognition. The touch times out after 5 attempts. setup the index finger and thumb for both hands. I bet if I go into the Samsung store, an app guru can clear up most of the little gotchas.

I am very happy with the refurbished phone. Everything works as it should. The condition was stated as Good, but I would have said it was much better than that. The phone charges fine and the battery life is excellent. The phone arrived within a day or two of ordering and came with a case for it which was a nice surprise. Don’t listen to the one star haters. This phone is great. The screen is large and very bright. The UI is snappy and the battery lasts all day. I average over 9 hours of screen on time. Also, turn on increased touch sensitivity in settings.This phone is definitely worth it. The flat screen is nice and the size is perfect. It definitely has some heft. Making it feel premium. If you are on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it.

Prices are great and I did receive the phone is good condition. The issue I have is I paid extra for excellent condition and received it with a scratch on the screen. It isn’t terrible noticable but disappointing. Also the phone I got my husband was supposed to come with a charger and didn’t. Their customer service was quick to reach out to help which is awesome.
