The S23 Ultra is a Beast of a device but this is getting ridiculous. The most expensive mobile device I’ve ever purchased and it doesn’t even come with a frikkin charger?

This is really like a new phone. It is hard to tell these days which vendor is selling new, and which ones are used (climate pledge friendly…renewed 🙂 . But the price is great. Fingerprint works so so (reset it when i put on a new screensaver ) and have not tried the facial recognition. The touch times out after 5 attempts. setup the index finger and thumb for both hands. I bet if I go into the Samsung store, an app guru can clear up most of the little gotchas.

The cellphone is in excellent condition. However the battery is only 81%, which is very low.

Prices are great and I did receive the phone is good condition. The issue I have is I paid extra for excellent condition and received it with a scratch on the screen. It isn’t terrible noticable but disappointing. Also the phone I got my husband was supposed to come with a charger and didn’t. Their customer service was quick to reach out to help which is awesome. Overall good experience and once again great price. Would buy again from them.
